Refund policy

  1. 商品が不良品・ご注文の品物に相違がある場合、すみやかにbegisense@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。
  2. 商品到着日より7日以内であれば返品が可能です。
  3. 前項にかかわらず、下記の商品についてはキャンセル、返品、交換をお受けすることができませんので、ご注意ください。
    • ご使用になられた商品
    • 商品到着後7日以上経過した商品
    • お客様のもとで、キズや汚れが生じた商品
    • パッケージ（袋・ケース）のない商品
    • その他、商品紹介ページに返品できない旨が明記されている商品
  4. 到着時の不良品については、返品送料は当社で負担します。お客様都合による返品にかかる送料はご負担ください。
  5. 返金は、返送された商品が到着後3営業日以内に支払い方法に応じて行います。

  2. If the product is defective or does not match your order, you may return it to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellation, return, or exchange of the following products.
    • used for more than 7 days after arrival.
    • scratched or soiled by the customer.
    • without packaging (bag or case)
  4. For defective products upon arrival, we will bear the return shipping costs. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns for the convenience of the customer.
  5. refunds will be made according to the method of payment within 3 business days of the arrival of the returned product.
